All boats must be capable of floating when filled with water.
US Coast Guard approved PFD's are required for every racer. Racers may be required to wear PFD's if in the opinion of the race director the conditions warrent it.
A whistle is requred, by law.
Wash riding is permitted as long as the boat being drafted is not impeded.
Overtaken boats have the right of way.
All racers must obey instructions from any safety boat or race official.

Changing of clothes must be in bathhouse.
Pets are allowed if not a threat and on a leash. Pets are not permitted to swim.
